Good deal for LGF
Lions' Gate Films (LGF) entered into an amendment agreement to the right of first refusal with a California based corporation Sobini Films on the December 20, 2007. Under the terms of the amendments the LGF represented by a director Mark Amin will until December 31, 2008 receive a 5% fee from Sobini on all of Sobini Film's international sales of motion pictures for annual sales of upto Ten Million Dollars. If the sales exceed $10,000,000 then LGF gets a mutually negotiable fee of greater than 5% value. the agreement is subject to extension in the company's sole discretion. more of the amendment at yahoo biz news.
